Runball collects no personal data and has no account, advertising, tracking or analytics. The app transmits nothing over the internet.

The app
Your high score, unlocked worlds, language, sound setting and own levels are stored only on your device. They never leave it and the developer cannot see them. Deleting the app deletes this data.
The device's motion sensors control the ball. Their values are used only while you play and are neither stored nor transmitted.
Apple is responsible for downloads, updates and TestFlight. Apple may process its own data, such as anonymised crash reports if you have allowed this in your device settings. Apple's privacy policy applies to that.
This website
When you visit, the server processes your IP address as technically required to deliver the page (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Visits are not stored in log files. The website sets no cookies and loads nothing from third-party servers. The server runs on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
If you write to me, I use your address and message only to reply and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection, and the right to complain to a data protection authority.
